All orders are made on demand. We dispatch within 1-2 working days and delivery takes 2-5 working days. We use Royal Mail and occasionally Evri or another delivery courier. You will receive a tracking number and can track this on our website or via the courier page.

We are so sorry to hear this! Sometimes things like weather, staffing levels and demand can affect how quickly a delivery is received. Once we have sent the order, we hope that the item will be received timely, however we will try our best to resolve any delivery issues. Here is what we recommend:

1. Allow a further 1-2 working days from last movement for the parcel to progress

2. Query the status of the parcel with us, if it still hasn't moved

3. If it's a case of delivery to wrong location, please check with a neighbour, check round any bin/garage/porch areas if you live in a house, review a GPS location and/or picture provided to see if you can locate the item.

We accept major cards, credit and debit currently. Coming soon is Klarna and other financing options!

We use a highly-rated wesbite platform who ensures that secure payment facilities are offered. We regularly monitor and conduct test payments to check the system is working correctly.

Please wash your jumper using the advice on the wash label provided. Usually they can be washed at 30 degrees and hang dry (using a hanger) for the best results. Take care with the drawstrings in the washing machine.
