Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

PROCESSING TIMES

Your order will be sent to our suppliers and processed in 5-7 business days once payment is received and cleared. Order processing may take longer when we receive a huge number of orders per day. Do not be alarmed, all orders are monitored once received.

Where preorders are taken, a delivery/dispatch estimate will be provided.

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping time may vary depending on location.

Our shipping usually takes 5-7 working days after we process your order. The orders are sent by Royal Mail Trackd 48 or 24.

Due to high demand, some of the orders may take a little longer to arrive. We strive to ensure that your order arrives as soon as possible.

Tracking details will be sent to you along with your shipping confirmation email.

SHIPPING COSTS

We offer free Tracked 48 shipping over £100. Orders under this are £3.85 for Tracked 48 and £4.95 for Tracked 24. We use well-known carriers such as Royal Mail to ensure your order gets to you quickly and securely. If there should be detrimental issues with the parcel company, another may be utilised; you will be informed but incur no extra cost.
